At Ease Counseling is a mental health practice based in Burnaby, British Columbia, offering both in-person and virtual therapy services throughout the province. Founded and led by Leena Mehta, a BIPOC registered clinical counsellor and approved clinical supervisor, the practice is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space for individuals to heal and grow. Leena brings over seven years of therapeutic experience, utilizing a client-driven, trauma-informed approach to support clients in addressing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions

The practice offers a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. These include individual counselling, couples counselling, clinical supervision, and specialized programs such as CVAP (Crime Victim Assistance Program) and FNHA (First Nations Health Authority) counselling. At Ease Counseling employs evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
